TradeFlow Solutions builds and implements business applications for teams that move stock and service equipment. Our products are TradeFlow SCM and TradeFlow FieldOps.
Who we are
We are a small team of consultants and developers working with Microsoft Power Platform. Our clients are distributors, manufacturers, contractors and service businesses where operations are handled across spreadsheets, email and paper.
Rather than starting each project from a blank page, we deploy applications that already handle the common parts of inventory, warehouse and field service work, and spend the project time on what is specific to your business.
We work with operations managers, warehouse managers, service coordinators and IT teams. Those groups have different concerns, and a rollout only lands when all of them are accounted for.
How we work
Start with the process
We look at how work actually happens before deciding what the software should do. A tidy system built on the wrong assumptions gets abandoned.
Build on what you already own
If your organisation uses Microsoft 365, much of the platform is already licensed and administered. We build there rather than adding another vendor to manage.
Small releases, early feedback
Teams see working screens in weeks, not at the end. Changes are cheaper when they surface early.
Say what will not work
Some requirements are better handled outside the application, or not at all. We will tell you when that is the case.
