We keep this short and plain. We only handle the information you choose to send us, and we use it to answer you.
Information we collect
This website does not run contact forms, accounts or advertising trackers. The only personal information we hold is what you send us directly by email, such as your name, company, email address and the details of your enquiry.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or scope of work, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
Hosting and analytics
Our hosting provider may record standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. These logs are not used to build a profile of you.
Customer data in delivered applications
TradeFlow SCM and TradeFlow FieldOps are deployed inside your own Microsoft Power Platform environment. Your operational data stays in your tenant under your control and your own Microsoft agreements. We access it only when you grant access for an agreed implementation or support task.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for our working relationship, and delete it on request where we are not required to retain it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email tradeflowscm@gmail.com and we will respond.
